Harmonys Multisite centralisation software – Harmonys
An essential tool for optimising the efficiency of your control centre, this software allows you to centralise the management of alerts (lockdown, intrusion, attack...) on one or several public facilities managed by a town hall (schools, libraries, museums…).
Supervisory software for optimised and centralised multisite management
Innovative in the public sector, this software is a tool for ensuring the protection of all people present in facilities whose safety is provided by municipalities, town halls and municipal police forces. It allows:
• Visualising on a map all sites to be supervised
• Consulting the summary of ongoing or completed alerts from the home screen
• Managing lockdown alerts
• Communicating directly with sites using the software’s built-in microphone.
Accessible from a simple computer connected to the control server, it allows easier real-time management of the security of several sites (schools or other public facilities). It allows triggering and stopping of alerts in public facilities located in the same city or in a determined area. Each site can be managed individually or associated with a group of sites according to criteria previously defined by the town hall: type of risk, geographical area, type of facility...
If an alert is triggered on one of these sites, the pointer locating the school will change colour according to the type of alert concerned. Conversely, it is possible to trigger an alert or make a microphone call to the selected sites from the town hall.
Harmonys Multisite is compatible with all audio and alert systems from the Harmonys range.
Customisable software settings.
Depending on the type of profile, it is possible to manage accounts and access rights. According to the type of account assigned, the user will be able to make a microphone call, trigger alerts, configure the software if the person has an administrator account or simply visualise its user account.
Many settings are also available:
• Choosing a colour for each type of alert
• Grouping sites according to the geographical area, risks or the type of facility.
• Activating an audible signal or displaying a notification from the PC with the software installed to trigger an alert
• Consulting the history of events from a log and exporting the report
For better interpretation of events, the display on the map can be managed with different filter systems using the buttons accessible from the main screen (site where an alert has been triggered, site with a connection problem, selected sites...). All functions are available in just a few clicks due to its ergonomic interface. For more security during the connection, the software uses the HTTPS communication protocol.

• Prerequisites: For the server: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022. For the client: an internet connection is required. Recommended browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Edge (Windows, iOS, Linux…)
